Mary's Place is a three-room air-conditioned apartment for two adults on the lower floor of a large house in Park Hill, Durban. It has a private entrance and is secluded from the house. It is comfortably furnished with a double bed in the en-suite bedroom and a lounge suite in the living room. Full DStv and free Wi-Fi are available. The property is large with inland western views so guests enjoy the afternoon sun and bird-life. The house is in a quiet area and safe parking for one car is provided on the property which is secured with an electric gate and electric fences. Access is gained by remote control. The apartment is secured by a Trellidor gate at the sliding entrance door.
Bed linen and bath-sheets are supplied and the rooms are serviced daily.
NOTE: The apartment is secluded and has a separate entrance, making it ideal for honeymoon couples. Mary's Place is Gender Neutral.
Smoking is not permitted in the Apartment
Visitors and children are not permitted on the property

Living Room

 

The apartment is tiled throughout and has a comfortable living room with 32" flat screen TV and Premiium DStv, A fridge-freezer, microwave oven, toaster and coffee / tea making facilities are provided A kitchen is not included but there are several local restaurants and takeaways that also deliver. Trays, crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided for takeaway food and guests can enjoy their meals at the patio table outside the living room or on trays indoors. Used dishes are cleared each morning when the apartment is serviced. This apartment is ideal for those guests who either dine out or frequent takeaway outlets.

En-Suite Bedroom

 

The bedroom has a relaxing atmosphere comprising a comfortable double bed and built-in cupboards with ample hanging and shelf space. A safe is located on the shelf in the cupboard under the stairs. Both the living room and bedroom have ceiling fans. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, wash basin and lavatory and toiletries are provided.

The swimming pool is on the upper level of the garden and guests are welcome to make use of the pool and pool loungers on the upper covered patio.

We are a short distance from the Suncoast Casino, Ushaka Marine World and the Sibaya Casino is to be found between Umhlanga and Umdloti. The Umhlanga and Durban beaches are only 11kms away. Gateway and the popular Pavilion Shopping Centres are a short drive away and we are 25kms from King Shaka Airport. We are close to two major hospitals namely Umhlanga and eThekwini Heart Hospital.
